Lisa was our property manager from 2008 until she left the state of Florida in 2015. I was President of my HOA for many of those years. I am now Vice President. It was always a pleasure to work with Lisa because the entire Board worked with her for all those years. Lisa was knowledgeable about almost any situation that could occur in an HOA. Homeowners knew they could count on her to respond to them promptly whenever they had a problem or a question for her. Her knowledge of the Homeowners’ Association rules and Regulations made her an asset when the Board needed help with any questions. If she didn’t know the answer, she always found out for us. Lisa and I worked together for five years after I was appointed Treasurer for the Island Lakes Homeowners Association, a sub-association of Loggers’ Run, located west of Boca Raton in South Florida. Lisa was great to work with. Lisa demonstrated an easy-going, yet firm, pleasant disposition and quickly developed strong working relationships with our homeowners, board members, vendors, security, and management staff at the Master Association. Lisa took on the daily challenges within our community with good grace and a smile, supported by her knowledge of the FL statutes, understanding of our rules and regulations, and the many years of experience of a veteran property manager.
I always admired Lisa’s ability to get the job done, with her tenacity to keep her personal and family life in perspective. Needless to say, I was sorry to see her go!
