For Pennsylvania Owners:
You are required to order a resale certificate (also known as a closing statement, estoppel, or paid assessment letter). This package includes the association’s financial status and HOA documents, along with any outstanding fees owed by the current owner.

For Delaware Owners:

If your community dues are over $756.20 or more per year a Resale Disclosure Package is required per Delaware Code Title 25, DUCIOA 81-409(a). If your dues are under that amount, please request a payoff statement to verify the owner is in good standing.
